iMotion Data designs and implements a pool of shared compute and/or storage
resources utilizing cloud technologies and practices for provisioning,
management, measurement, and operations. We have the expertise to optimize
infrastructures for cloud readiness.
We work on Private Cloud Infrastructure projects such as:
- IaaS – Infrastructure as a Service
implementation of an on-demand infrastructure which may include virtual
machines, storage, firewalls, load balancers, and networks.
- PaaS – Platform as a Service
implementation of an on-demand production or development
environment. The platform typically will include operating system,
database, web services, middleware, packaged or custom applications.
- Configuration Management Database
development of a repository of information for the IT Infrastructure
containing the configuration details enabling organizations to
understand the system components and track the configuration as it evolves
to meet new business needs.
- Service Catalog
creation of a catalog of Information Technology services that includes, a
description of the services provided, time frames and service level
agreements, who can request the service and the necessary approvals,
associated costs for the service, and a description of how the service is
fulfilled.
- Application Workload Assessments
perform workload assessment of applications to potentially move to the
cloud and recommend a public or private cloud deployment strategy.
- On-Demand Orchestration of IT
Resources
create a framework that can orchestrate and automate cloud resource
provisioning, configuration, utilization and decommissioning across a
distributed set of IT resources. |
